The GeoSurf service is clearly targeted at those who make a living online. Marketing, sales, ad buyers and more rely on their service to easily switch locations. The GeoSurf Toolbar allows users to switch between locations to view content as if in that local setting. GeoSurf is far more expensive than leading VPN services but again they appeal to a target market.
